We challenge our students to honor themselves physically & spiritually through physical fitness, steadfastness in prayer and fasting, modest behavior and dress, and khush’oo & ihsan.

The Islamic School of Portland has been established in the 90s with a vision of creating a private non-profit school for Kids to learn in a safe pressure free  Islamic Environment with focus on learning and excelling. The Islamic School has a long rich history of education, discipline, character building, respect, and encouragement for all students. Many of the ISP graduates are now professionals in Medicine , Engineering, Social Work, Teaching, and Business Owners, Community Leaders and many more are currently in higher education institutions.
